Advocating for healthcare transformation, empowering individuals to achieve and maintain true health, and inviting them on a transformative journey.

As a nurse practitioner I have a deep commitment to helping people truly heal – mind, body, and spirit. My journey began as a critical care nurse, where I witnessed firsthand the incredible power of modern medicine to save lives. But over time, I also saw its limitations. Patients were surviving - but not thriving. So many people were stuck in cycles of chronic illness, medication after medication, without real answers or lasting wellness. As a primary care provider, I grew increasingly frustrated by a system that focused on symptoms and temporary fixes, instead of root causes. After an overseas trip that led to a gastrointestinal infection treated with strong antibiotics, my overall gut health was a mess, and I finally found relief through integrative therapies.
I knew there had to be a better way.
That search led me to functional medicine—a science-based, patient-centered approach that seeks to understand why illness happens and how we can restore balance and vitality. I completed a fellowship and board certification in integrative and longevity medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and expanded my training through courses with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). I am also trained as a board-certified integrative nurse coach. I’ve also served as a clinical faculty educator, sharing my passion for nursing education with the next generation of nursing students.
I enjoy travelling and spending time with my husband and two daughters, as well as my Goldendoodle, Olaf. I also lend my time as a high school mentor to students in Jersey City through Student Partner Alliance and as a nurse at my daughters’ sleepaway camp in Harriman State Park.
Today, I combine my many years of patient care to offer a more holistic, individualized approach. I believe true health isn’t just the absence of disease—it’s energy, resilience, and feeling well in your own skin and is achievable!
